“Hotel is close to leShuttle and Cité de l'Europe Shopping Centre. Has pleasant surroundings and its own restaurant. Restaurant menu certainly has more choices available than what is available near the Holiday Inn in Calais. Room was nice to look at but does follow the modern trend of not offering sufficient storage space. Bathroom was a triumph of form over function as seems to be the trend in Holiday Inns these days. Toilet too close to the wall. Shower tray slippery and bobbled with no hand……

“Keep your curtain close or otherwise there will be tonnes of flies. The environment was neat and tidy and it was very near to a supermarket. However, the television indication light was EXTREMELY disturbing. It was bright and blue and shined through the night when all light was off. Have to cover it with a towel.”

“Very good stay, staff are very helpful, rooms basic but good. Good food from the on site restaurant. 4 minutes from the tunnel. ”

“I needed somewhere for an overnighter from Dover. Turned out to be a very convenient choice. Very neat, tidy and clean room. Nice bed and TV. Quiet and blackout curtains. Easy parking, what more could I ask for?”

“L'auberge est établie sur un superbe domaine avec espaces verts, plans d’eau, piscine, mini-golf, etc Notre séjour fut malheureusement bien trop court pour en profiter pleinement. De même nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de nous mettre à table au restaurant dont la carte avait l’air alléchante. ”

“Le personnel est très accueillant. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Le fait que la chambre ait un accès direct sur le jardin était un plus. Seul bémol, je trouve que le petit-déjeûner aurait pû être plus sains (jus de fruits industriels, youghourts sucrés,...).”

“A but tired but fairly clean although paintwork to bathroom door quite stained. Kettle in room but bring your own cups and supplies unless you want one drink in a polystyrene cup. Basic room in a convenient location from Eurotunnel if you get a later crossing. ”
