“Perfect location for attending a downtown wedding. Everything inside the unit was clean and modern. Hallways/stairway leading to the unit were a little shabby and not the cleanest. There are quite a few stairs to reach the unit, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely stay again for a downtown Yankton event.”

“The apartment was very clean and quiet during our stay. We enjoyed the walkability of all restaurants, shops, park and the Bridge in the Meridian District. We stayed Thursday- Monday morning and had no issues with noise or anything concerning. We really enjoyed our stay in the area!”

Our only concern was the railing on the back deck as we had small children who could actually fit through the rails, although they were never out there alone, but it was a concern of ours. “So when we pull up to the house, it looked a little different then the pictures. It had been painted white and I was not sure of the lay out. This could have been my apprehension from booking a property sometime ago on another site. But when we went in the place was great . The only complaint was that it smelled a little musty from probably being closed up for a few weeks after the usual lake season but once we opened a window and let the air circulate it was fine. Would highly recommend it .……
