“Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est magnifique, les prestations sont de grande qualité et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’espace spa, très agréable (même si nous avons parfois constaté que la règle concernant la présence des enfants après 18h30 n’était pas toujours respectée).
Un petit point d’amélioration concerne le service du snack. Le serveur est très volontaire et sympathique, mais il semble clairement débordé : manque de cartes disponibles,……

Meme si le logement est vieillot le couchage est confortable.
Il y a le strict minimum, un grille pain et une cafetiere.
Il n y avait pas de chauffage collectif donc un radiateur m a ete amené dans l heure .
Il est indiqué logement non fumeur mais je pense que certains locataires n ont pas tenu compte de la directive.

“Good residence for the family. We booked the top of the range suite, had 2 bathrooms. All the conveniences were there except a washing machine but fine for a stay less than a week.
The property was very clean when we checked in and we returned it in a fairly clean state.
The spa is good and the putside hot tub with views of the mountains is spectacular. ”

“This is a great place for a visit to the mountains with (if you book this type of room) amazing views of the mountains in Flaine. The refurbished rooms were brilliant; big, ample storage, clean, well furnished kitchen) and the location is a nice walk into the village. The parking was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be coming back.”

"Amazing new boutique hotel right in the middle of the shopping district. The hotel is newly renovated in 2023 so rooms and nice and not dated. However it provides basic amenities. No Fridge and no kettle. If you wish to have a room with air conditioner, they're only a few of them on the 5th floor in the new building. so be sure to call them which room type has AC before you book and confirm with them after you made booking . The summers are extremely hot in geneva, im thankful i got a room with AC.
There are bars and restaurants right below the hotel , its literally 10 steps into the main street and 20 steps to bus stops. Can't recommend this hotel better. My best option in GVA recently! "

"I was staying room 423, the Airconditioner was so noisy on and off, which is very disturbing. I called the reception to fix the second day of my stay, it seems ok for awhile but still having the problem. As a business traveller, a good sleep is very important to get ready for the next day."
