“This is such a beautiful home. It is located in a quiet area close to the center of Poitiers. The house is very large, so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Phillipe is such a wonderful host. He was so incredibly kind and generous with his time. He drove all the way from Paris to meet us. We arrived early, so he had a friend meet us at the house to make sure we were able to get in. We had so much fun getting to know Phillipe. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely……

Nous avons été très bien reçus par les propriétaires, des personnes charmantes et généreuses. Nos adolescents ont également apprécié les lieux. ”

“Beautiful property in a tranquil area. Not far to travel to restaurants and days out , but need a car. Grounds amazing and spent hours peacefully walkings with the dog . The pool was a big hit with the kids and the gite had everything we needed. The owners were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Holiday was amazing.”

“The host very kindly allowed us to arrive after the final show at Futuroscope (so around 11:15pm). Was easy to contact him and got prompt replies. The studio apartment was clean and comfortable. I would note that you do need to take your own bedding and towels. The studio is also at the top of two steep stairways, so if you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you. For us a family of 5 it suited our needs perfectly and we would stay again. Thank you Sylvain.”

“Very quirky french property. 3 bedrooms upstairs in main building with one in an annexe with its own small lounge & toilet. Large very well equipped kitchen. Great size lounge & dining area with ceiling fan. The pool is fantastic, heated perfectly and in a separate poolhouse. Its 2 metres deep throughout so be aware. Lovely garden & courtyards which can be used to sit in. Aswith many french properties you have to be prepared for local flora & fauna. We enjoyed Derek the bats flights in the……
