"Absolutely excellent staff, lovely and helpful and mostly speaking better English than I do Ukrainian/Russian. Location is good - close to most everything, making getting around by foot easy. Gym/pool facilities also top notch. I certainly hope to return to both Odesa and this hotel! Given the woes ..."
