“It was clean! Communication with owners was always quick and answered any Q's! Roomy, plenty of utensils! Even had a few snacks, water, coffee makings right there, in case you forget yours!! We booked this for a concert we went to just up the street actually (Honeywell Center) and even though the temps were QUITE frigid during our stay lol we still walked it, and was no problem!! I hight recommend this house and Kyle & Aubrey are great hosts!!! Thank You!!”

A few minor things. The upper A/C. I cleaned the filter it was pretty dirty. It is also extremely loud (it really rattles) I believe to not being shimmed level.
