“We greatly enjoyed our weekend in splendid isolation within this spacious, tastefully decorated, comfortable and well appointed house. The living room is larger than it appears in the pictures, and there are games, puzzles, and books in good condition. The separately controlled baseboard heat in the bathroom is a nice touch. “We recently stayed her for 3 nights to attend concerts at the Capital Theatre in Port Chester. This house is in a perfect location and kept us within 15-20 mins from the venue. Having dedicated parking was a great perk. The house is spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was very responsive. Would definitely come back again.”

“The house was clean and nicely decorated. Had lots of things to do inside and out. Was slightly disappointed that the lake wasn’t closer. when looking on the pictures we didn’t notice that there was a main street between the house and the lake. It wasn’t easy for for some of the guests who get down the steep hill from the house to the street and then another sleep hill to the lake. As long as you know that going into the rental, you’ll be fine. ”

"As an experienced traveler, I have to rate this La Quinta a ONE out of Five. The facility is too old to use. To open the door, you need to insert the card key dozens of times. The hall way is not flat, slightly uphill or downhill. The drain of the tub is only half-working. When you take shower your feet are in the water. Basin is cracked and glued. AC sound wakes you up every time when it starts. Breakfast is ok, but lack of food after 8:50, it says that the time of breakfast is 6:30 to 9:30. Parking is free and safe, which is only thing make my thumb up. Overall, with $140 per night price, I must say, I was very disappointed by this hotel!!! By the way, the other La Quinta hotels I have lived in are very good."
