Spacious and modern 4bedroom home where the whole group will be comfortable in this unique space. Conveniently located near downtown Waco. This house is 2 miles from the Magnolia Market Silo District and the Baylor Bears, amazing food, a block from Cameron Park and the Zoo. This home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There are 2 large living areas, dining room and kitchen. There is an outdoor dining area with seating and grill, hot tub, fire pit and garden.

Baylor Graduation stay

Very accommodating for a family gathering. The kitchen had everything we needed for providing an after graduation luncheon. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable for our group and could easily accommodate up to 14 people if you have that many.

Family vacation

We stayed here with our grown children and their friends. Love the third floor with two bunk beds, two twins beds, and a bathroom-very convenient! The house is cute, clean, comfortable and well-located!

Girl’s Trip to the Silo’s

Clean and spacious, Enough room for 7 ladies to have their own space. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms, no one ever had to wait. Very close to the Silo’s and all things Magnolia. And a guard dog next door. He quit barking at us on the 3rd day. Guess he got use to our presence. Overall would recommend. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property, close to Baylor

Seven doctoral students stayed for immersion and had a blast. The property is close to Baylor. Plenty of cooking supplies and utensils. One of the fire alarms was beeping, we contacted the owner and had a quick response and solution. Thank you!
