“Longtime (50 years) friends and I got together in Lexington for a reunion in mid October. I selected this property based on the size, layout, and photos. From the moment I first walked in to this home, I was stuck by its' beauty- in a word, breathtaking. There was plenty of room and privacy for the 12 of us. I've been planning these annual get-togethers with this same group of friends for about 20 years and to a person, they declared this home to be their all-time favorite! Very large living……

“We came with friends (7 adults) and had a very comfortable stay. Our group consisted of one couple and the others were singles but this would be great to accommodate 2 couples and their kids as well. The bed was very comfortable. The indoor pool was great! Everything was clean and well stocked although we did bring some additional appliances with us. The owner was very responsive. There is a busy road you could sometimes hear road noise, but it still seemed fairly quiet and secluded in……

“We just returned from spending 9 nights at this wonderful home. Everything from the communication with the owner to the location and property updates were perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the closets nicely sized. We had everything we needed during our stay and were located near tons of shopping, restaurants and even the interstate. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood even though it’s so close to everything. We were in town to visit our son at UK, which was only a 15……

“Overall, the property is wonderful and we had a great two days celebrating our dad’s birthday! 11 adults were there in total. I was satisfied and would stay again— just posting here for others who may be considering and would like details. Of course it was January when we stayed— so summer may make a diff but the temperature was inconsistent in different rooms— particularly the room off the downstairs master. There are only 2 tvs— one in the fireplace room downstairs (which we never found the……

“This was the perfect hub for all the local sights we wanted to see. So wonderful to come back from a long day of hiking to soak in the hot tub. Very fast communication from the host. Comfortable beds, loved the horse theme decor and overall was so quiet and nice. Thank you for having us! ”
