“Schönes kleines Hotel. Super Lage in Harlingen. Mit sehr liebevollen Details eingerichtet.”

“Het inchecken was moeizaam/slecht geregeld. Ondanks toezegging geen info ontvangen. Zelf telefonisch contact opgenomen en uiteindelijk de sleutel op een andere locatie opgehaald. Het verblijf was was prima en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.”

“Die Unterkunft ist einfach und groß. Alles ist sauber. Es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an den Wohnungen und auf einem zusätzlichen Parkplatz hinterm Haus.”

“Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……

“At first, we were taken aback at the un-staffed hospitality concept but we got used to this after we checked in and found it an innovative option. There is always someone present behind the counter during breakfast hours and there are cleaners as well. The hotel has a contemporary, modern feel to it. The seating areas on the ground floor give it a safe and comfortable ambiance, almost like coming home after a day of sightseeing. The staff were well organised and friendly, always helpful. If……
