“We wished we never booked with this hotel whilst we was in Wadi Rum and would not recommend it. If we looked on tripadvisor beforehand and saw the reviews, it was the same experience we received and never would have gone ahead with the booking. The check in was an absolute mess. We got confirmation from Expedia and homeaway that the meeting point was at the wadi rum visitor centre. This isn’t the case and for future travellers it’s at a petrol station. We contacted the hotel who sent us back……
