Once Upon a Tide: True Beach House

Summary:
Once Upon a Tide is a 4-bedroom very casual true beach house and sleeps up to 9 people with a sofa bed.

The Space:
Upstairs, you can locate a king-size bed in one of the bedrooms. There is an additional twin bed available in the same room. The other bedrooms are situated on the main floor, adjacent to the living room and kitchen. This stunning beach house boasts sweeping panoramic views and a spacious wraparound deck that will surely leave you captivated.

Have fun outside with the kayaks or stand up on a paddleboard. The water is fabulous. There’s also an outdoor shower and BBQ grill. Perfect getaway for families with children and your friends!

The WIFI is great, and there is a TV, games, books, and a 5-star restaurant right across the way, just walk over for a wonderful dining experience.

You’re so very close to the vineyards and the farm stands, Tanger Outlet Mall, Atlantis Marine World, Long Island Skydive, so many restaurants and so much more. There is also a spa close by for the perfect massage or facial.

Take advantage of the kayaks, and paddle boards to fully immerse in the beach experience.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.

Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry-free stay!
