“Nice beachfront area and golf course. Staff is friendly and helpful Rental cottage 50 needs exterior paint but the interior is well maintained. Old cooker/oven works. No washing machine. No microwave. A good place for the price.”

“This property is old and very dated. There was no communication leading up to our reservation.i had to call multiple times to find out which unit to stay in and then to figure out where the unit was. The unit itself is not welcoming. It is dreary and old. There is no place to relax. No toiletries are provided. The walking times on the listing are not accurate. It is a 15 minute drive to Cape Hillsborough Beach. The only positive was it did have hot water and the bed was clean. I would not stay……

“Lovely quiet unit located near the beach. The owners were super helpful in checking in and providing advice on visiting nearby sites. The room was a good size and does have a private bathroom but it is located outside of the unit. ”
