“This is an amazing home! 10/10! Everything was perfect and immaculately cleaned. The kitchen and baths were stocked extremely well. We enjoyed the pingpong table and the outdoor ladder golf. The home was lovely and the neighborhood was wonderful--the nearby park and splash pad was such a bonus too. The location was perfect for us and for anyone who wants to be in west Omaha. Julie was available for any questions, however it was such a wonderful stay, we didn't need a thing. Would definitely……

“This was a great house. We had to go to Omaha for a funeral and needed a house that could accommodate our family and give spaces for the younger ones to hang out. The basement has 2 bedrooms and a living space with a basketball hoop. The main floor has a ton of space with the bumper pool table. And upstairs has 4 more bedrooms. There were some things I needed to talk with the owner about and she was super responsive and helpful. We will stay again. ”

“We stayed for a volleyball tournament. The house is comfortable and filled all our needs. The back yard pool looks inviting, we might have to do it again in the summertime. “Our family of 14 held a family gathering for Father's Day at Branched Oak Lake. Seven of us stayed at this home and the rest gathered here during downtime and stayed elsewhere. Not allowing children at this home is a good call as there is soooo many antiques that we adults thoroughly enjoyed. The pool is well-maintained, not heated which was fine for us. “We enjoyed staying at this property. As advertised there is plenty of space and potential for fun! It was Easter weekend, lots of room inside and out for yard games and egg hunting! A few things in the house need to be spruced up and the beds could be a little more comfortable but overall the home was well worth the cost, extremely affordable! The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Most of all, communication with the host was top notch. Keeping this property on our list for future trips.”
