“Perfect location for us coming from Te Awamutu for a quick one nighter at the beach. Stayed on matariki and how winderful because the stars were very visable. As a dog friendly property we took our small doggo and he went nuts on the beach. We enjoyed it so much, thank you and we want to make a regular thing of it. ”

You also get a lovely view of Mt Taranaki from the kitchen window (weather permitting) which is so lovely. As other reviews have said, this property is luxurious and one of the cleanest accomodations I have stayed in. Wendy is an attentive host but allows space and privacy to enjoy your stay. “The whole place was amazing. Felt like arriving to a holiday resort. Plenty of room for everyone. Safety issues with children and pools were very well adressed. Felt safe. Pool area could have used an update to make it even more luxurious. There was a construction site next door but it did not bother us that much. The overall look had aged a bit from the pictures but we enjoyed our stay anyway.”
