Relax in paradise at Fairway Terrace unit A-204. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom, has all you need. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and relax and watch television in the living area. Fast WIFI, lanai with garden views and close to the pool.

Upon entry, you are welcomed by the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Enjoy the open layout of the living space with a television, bar stools, and the lanai. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room to allow for six guests. You can dine inside at the sit-down dining table or hang out on the bar stools. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets any at-home chef needs.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a closet to unpack your belongings. The guest bathroom is located across the hallway for ease of use and has a bathtub shower combination to rinse away the salt.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with a bathtub shower combination. Enjoy the natural light and views of the palm trees from the primary bedroom.

The Waikoloa Fairway Terrace is located in the Waikoloa Village. There is a fitness center, hot tub, and large pool for guests to use. Enjoy the local restaurants, Robert Trent Jones Jr designed golf course, across the street and much more.

-There is no central air conditioning
-There are stairs to get to the unit

Great Family Location

Pro: *Apartment is near the pool, easy for kids to go play at the pool and back. *Easy access to different locations in Hawai'i, we wen to North Kohala, Kona, Hilo, and Volcano. It is great when you need to go different places in the Big Island. *Basic needs are met. *Less than 5 min to the supermarket on Car. You can walk even to the supermarket. Cons: *Since no body really lives here, other than a basic needs, some thing you want to have does not exist. Such as, stopper for the bath tub, bug killer (ants and roaches needed to be killed at the beginning), tapper wears. *Bring your own spices and condiments if you want to cook! (there is salt and pepper). Overall: *Great ROI, We would stay again here if it is open the next time. *Shopping mall is developing near by, so things will be more convenient in the future. *Nothing that this place can do but, the gas price in this village is one of the most expensive you can find on the island. Get it at Hilo or Kona.

Property was great, pool was excellent

Economical stay considering it’s Hawaii. Really enjoyed our time there. 15 minute drive to the beach etc. Our unit did not have a dishwasher but other than that there were no issues. Pool was very nice, check-in and late check out was fabulous.

Not so peaceful

We stayed at his place for 13 days. The area nice, pool and hot tub great. The apartment was pretty clean, but only one AC unit. It was very hot! Also loud neighbors!!! Loud TV or music from 3am until 7am! Also cats outside...screaming and waking us up at 5am. We couldn't wait to be back at home. Not a very peaceful vacation.
