“We loved staying here and wish we could've stayed a few more days! Ross was so welcoming from the moment we got there. The views were gorgeous and the house was lovely. I would recommend sleeping with earplugs as there is a train the goes by at night, but otherwise the stay was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“We basically just stopped here for an overnight but can confirm everything in the other reviews - the breakfast spread is incredible, the details are all very thoughtful, and it was sort of hilarious how many options we had for sleeping with just the two of us. Hosts are obviously very giving and welcoming, and we regret not having had more time to just post up in the area for a few days and enjoy these digs.Two small things I didn't see in other reviews:- The welcome book suggests that internet……

“Good kitchen with stove and microwave but no microwaveable cooking dishes. Good internet and lighting. Hotel is on main road so some truck noise early in the evening. Close to the National park and shops. Compact room but adequate for a couple.”

“House is set up nicely to encompass both small and larger groups. Diff areas for the kids to chill out in. Kitchen living lounge area is welcoming and heated with a heat pump. Dry room also available for those avid outdoors peeps.Location is an easy stroll into town. Would highly recommend this property!”

Safety Concern

"We were living in the room close to the main road. It could be quite haunting during the night and I was almost sleepless during the first night. And I have to leave all the lights on to make it looks like people are awake. I tried to use the hot bath but the room is locked all the time. Hotels.com is definitely responsible to manifest a 10 out 10 rating in this hotel, it’s simply not that good! Strongly won’t suggest ladies and kids to stay alone. "
