“Place and host were great! I would stay again but….you must know the neighbor is not so great. Parking is not so easy because of neighbor. If you’re able to walk down the hill from a cul-de-sac then you will have no issues. You must follow the rules of parking or else you will get a visit from your friendly neighborhood police officer! Just follow the rules and everything is perfect! Everyone is aware of this neighbor and the rest of the neighbors are willing to help out and work with you on……

“This house was very clean and solid. Two bathrooms was a big help with 4 women between 69 and 78 years old. I would stay here again as it is convenient to most everything. Nice large table to talk around and look at pictures and recall fun episodes from our childhood. Thank you for a wonderful place to lay our heads.”

“One reason I chose this property was due its close proximity to the Riley County Fairgrounds (less than 5 minutes). We enjoyed our stay there and it completely met our needs. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed adequately stocked. They also offered nice little touches like snacks and toiletries. We will return here if we find ourselves in Manhattan again.”
