“Great spot, great doc, great everything. It was a little small. but still nice. The only thing that it lacked was a couple of AC units because it gets very hot if it is a hot humid day especially upstairs in the loft.”

“We had a wonderful time at the Beautiful, Spacious Grand Blanc Mountain home. This is our annual trip with friends and family to go snowmobiling in the White Mountains. We have stayed previously and we could not wait to come back!The house is large with enough bedrooms for 12 and 5 bathrooms which is great if you want some privacy or you can get together and and accommodates a large group with a great kitchen and massive game room for entertainment . “The little house was just the right size for the two of us. The owners are very nice and friendly. The dock is easy to come in to, no rocks to worry about.”

“Location is very convenient - grocery within a 10 min ride, easy access to the Lake, dining, and popular Winnipesaukee villages around the lake. The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available. The kitchen is tight and the central artery of the house, which made it difficult with 12 people. I'd recommend bringing a mattress pad or something for the pull……

“Loon Retreat is a well-kept home with 4+ bedroom areas and lots of space. The kitchen has plenty of pots & pans, utencils, modern appliances and a large table able to seat our group of 10; lots of books, artwork, games, binoculars, etc. We were very happy with the large back deck, 4 kayaks & canoe and easily accessed dock and swimming area. The lake is very clean. We were disappointed that we could not bring a portable firepit for s'mores --a first in our many years of lakeside renting, and that……
