“The hotel is nice! it's very central and well maintained. the bed was two separate mattresses which was a bit uncomfortable but in general the room was nice! small but bright ”

“Alles rundum schön, sehr nette Gastgeber mit ihrem Schlosshund Lilly. Unser Hund war willkommen im Glückszimmer. (Suite: Nicht mit Hund, da Allergikerzimmer und Teppichboden!) Schade ist, dass Sauna pro Person extra kostet für 1,5h 25€. Das Schwimmbad ist aus Energiegründen gerade nicht in Betrieb. Finde ich eine wichtige Information, die ich erst im Hotel erfuhr. Jedoch fühlt man sich in den Räumlichkeiten wie in einem kleinen Schloss. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und vielfältig. Gerne wieder!……

“Traumhafte Lage im Alstertal. Hotel ist sehr komfortabel und mit Liebe ausgestattet. Das Personal ist besonders zu erwähnen. Ich habe es selten in einem Hotel erlebt, dass das gesamte Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Weiter so! So macht ein Aufenthalt richtig Spaß.”

“Schönes Hotel, die Spontanität und Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption sind durchaus ausbaufähig und vielleicht sollte man über einen Tisch und Stühle auf den Balkonen nachdenken, die Sitzsäcke sind nicht wirklich bequem für längeres draußen sitzen. Frühstück war super, vor allem, das es bis 13 Uhr zur Verfügung steht .”
