“A non-chain family run location, we took a flyer and discovered this little gem. Price point is great. As travelling snowbirds this location was convenient to our route. Check in was quick and easy. Sam was pleasant and helpful. You can tell they work hard and are slowly upgrading this facility. It’s in a great area ie. sports venues. This really is a decent place to stay. Our room was clean, bright and welcoming. The bed was really comfy and we had a perfect night’s sleep. Wifi was great……

“Perfect location for attending a downtown wedding. Everything inside the unit was clean and modern. Hallways/stairway leading to the unit were a little shabby and not the cleanest. There are quite a few stairs to reach the unit, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely stay again for a downtown Yankton event.”

“We had a very positive experience at this property in Yankton. We did wish for one more bathroom for our group of five people, but we made it work, and the rest of the stay was great. The house has its quirks in layout, but it is VERY clean and well equipped, and the beds and bedding were all very comfortable (my husband and I slept on the king-size bed). The house was well equipped and had little extras like soap and flossers available. We contacted the host, Mariah, following our first night……
