“Very nice spacious clean one bedroom. Comfy bed. Washer and dryer worked great. Stocked w coffee pods. Big fridge, stove, , microwave. Very responsive host. I received the check-in instructions the morning of my arrival and the host responded very quickly to my couple questions. My preference would be to receive the check in instructions sooner. “Awesome stay, as always! Apartment is super clean. Wonderful location. Absolutely love all the natural light that comes in throughout the apartment. One of our favorite features of the home is the huge front porch! It's so peaceful to sit on and enjoy your morning coffee. Nathan is a wonderful host & very responsive. ”

“The property was a good place , we lived the fenced in yard on back , we lived the screen in porch ( but in need of repairs) . We loved the outdoor fireplace . Nice furnishings, Easy check in and out . Neighbor isn't the best but fairly quiet , just kids playing and dogs barking here and there . Our only complaint is the coffee maker isn't big enough to accommodate 4 people at once . Overall we enjoyed the stay and the property. Thank you for letting us stay the weekend at your property. ”
