“Beautiful, peaceful property. Convenient and beautiful drive to city conveniences. Adequately equipped kitchen, fantastic communication with host. Beds were a bit hard, but that’s definitely a personal preference thing!:) Will stay again if we’re in the area! The cat was a wonderful bonus!!”

“We had a wonderful weekend at Shady Oaks! The house was exactly as described and has all the conveniences of home. The owners live close by and are lovely, even going above and beyond and bringing us delicious homemade baked goods. The house was extremely comfortable for our family of 4 and we will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the Talladega area!”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. We were in the area for a very busy competition for our son, and it was so nice to come back to this relaxing, peaceful place to rest and regroup each night.
