“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

“We had a great time for NYC. Ensuring proper location that safe and convenient is critical to me when selecting a property. This location was excellent. Close to Times Square, subway stations, Bryant Park, etc. We choose this versus a hotel due to the space of our party of 5 - 2 adults, 3 teenagers. “We enjoyed our stay at this property, especially being so close to the subway and nearby bodegas. One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. The water in the shower gets extremely nice and hot, and the other tenants were very friendly. Another weird thing, “an exterminator” came in the morning during one of the days we stayed around 9am, and tried to barge in and “exterminate”. That was uncomfortable, and he had a key. The owners……

“This is our 2nd stay at this condo. Love the ease of checking in at Trump Hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. The service was excellent. “ My family of 5 met in NYC to meet and celebrate my son's birthday. He lives in NYC but came to stay with us and his siblings. We had a wonderful weekend. There was plenty of room to spread out but we were also able to spend time together in the living room. The property manager was SUPER responsive and attentive. We did feel VERY cold in the unit and the WiFi was very slow (neither of which I informed the property manager about but will so it can be resolved).”
