“This VRBO was lovely, as were the hosts. The place was not only impeccably clean, but also charming, cozy and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable, and even a reading area with a library. Susan and Jeff have made so many personal touches, including little welcome gifts!I willdefinitely return and highly recommend Serendipity…very aptly named!”

“The inside was great. Roomy. Needs a larger coffee pot for a large place. Outside stairs needs improvement. Close walk to the main town with shops and restaurants. Quiet area for the most part. Maybe update the bathroom essentials. ”

“My spouse and I recently spent our Thanksgiving holidays in this little gem in the heart of downtown Brunswick. We were immediately made to feel welcome by Susan, and the houses felt like home to us. Thoughtful amenities were everywhere. There was a great reading selection - art, music,literature, vintage children's books. Best of all for me was the baby grand Steinway tucked away and ready to play. So cozy and warm. We will be returning for sure. Carol & Peter”

“Quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to shops/restaurants on Maine Street and to the Winter Market/Swinging Bridge. Apartment is as listed - very clean with basic amenities. Parking and king beds were a nice bonus. ”

“What a great tiny house! Beautiful views, perfectly appointed and decorated. Comfortable beds and a full sized washer/dryer to do my college kid’s laundry while visiting! Excellent excellent. Will book again!”

“Overall, this apartment is a good place to stay in Brunswick. It was the right size for 2 adults. It was cozy even in the dead of winter. It was clean, tidy, and had a fresh appearance. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom well-maintained and neat, with very good water pressure. It is a short 2-block walk to Maine Street shops or grocery store, and a 10 minute walk to campus.There are only 4 detractions we had, all MINOR, but which grew mildly irksome after two weeks - if you are only……

We have a seasonal camp in the area and always like to make a winter time trip to the area to check in on it. We love Hallowell, so this seemed like a good option for a long weekend. We loved it!
