“The property was beautiful, the house was clean. I brought alot of dishes because some places I've stayed have had minimal supplies but they were well-stocked. There were only 2 things that were of mild concern- the grass around the fire pit wasnt mowed so we were nervous about snakes, and when we arrived the trash cans were full already so we had to keep trash in the house. Overall a great stay. ”

“We lived our stay at the Cozy Cabin! It exceeded our expectations. Cabin was very clean, all amenities were exactly as described in the listing. Location was in a quiet area but still very close to downtown Ellijay. We would highly recommend this cabin to friends and family. Marcus was very quick at responding to our questions and even provided suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area. Great host!”

“This was the perfect stay for our group! Plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms to go around as well as multiple spacious patios, great views & great amenities. The only minor downside was the wifi struggled a bit at times. Lee was friendly and provided local recommendation. I hope to return in the future!”

“My sister and I had such a relaxing trip. The cabin was FANTASTIC! The homey feel amd thoughtful decor made for a very comfortable stay. There.were many little extra lime spices in the cabinet, hot tub towels and even soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. “This home was beautiful. The property was amazing. We played in the river each day and enjoyed the views! The access to the river was part of the reason we booked here. Very easy to get in from with the small beach next to the dock. My kids loved it! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen. The host, Brad, was great! Anything you need he is happy to help and easy to get in contact with. We will absolutely be coming back to this rental again.”
