“When attempting to retrieve the keys from the automated Keysafe, the code provided did not work. I chatted with the Keysafe company and they stated the keys were not recorded as returned from the last user and to contact the property manager. “Getting the keys was fine. When we first walked in, we noticed the floor all pulling up in the kitchen, which is a tripping hazard. When it was time to go to sleep, the beds did not have bottom sheets only the mattress cover. I called and they told me there was nothing they could do about it then because the office was closed and they tried contacting the manager three times. She never picked up.
