“Great experiance here. It is a large house in a gated residential neighborhood; sort of like a Bed and Breakfast crossed with an international travelers hostel. I met people from four different countries. Food is very European and atmosphere was welcoming. The owners are very nice and everything worked. I will be returning for the food alone.”

“I wouldn’t stay there again. Too many things broken. The TV didn’t work, there was no WiFi (router connected but no internet), the bed was broken, hot water in the shower was inconsistent (scalding to cold cycling every 30 seconds) and the elevators slow. There are only two elevators in a large tower and to go up or down involved a long wait and many stops. That got tedious. ”

The cost of the meal was only six hundred. He charged us more than nine hundred! Nothing in the restaurant indicated that there would be a service charge, nor did he warn us before we ate. “It’s my first time to stay this hotel. At first, it was so impressing upon checking in because we arrived at the hotel around 1:30pm and the receptionist entertained us well quickly. But so annoying because after she gave me the room key, she said that “we cannot enter yet the room because the check-in time is 2pm. CRAZY! So we went out and stay inside the car until 2pm. No mirror at the room. The mirror is found inside the toilet only. The TV was not working. The worst thing was their……

“I enjoyed my stay here, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was a little old-looking but comfortable enough for me. I had a balcony room, which was nice for sitting out there with a local brew, watching a bustling street.”

“Overall it was good experience staying at the Daylight Inn Davao. The room was clean but some corner area has some dust. The shampoo doesn't smell good it was awful luckily I brought my own. When I check in the guard didn't help me at all seeing that I was with heavy luggage.”
