This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.

"Not sure if you have to request turn down and cleaning of rooms but I stayed for 4 nights and not once did we have fresh towels or our room cleaned. It was a really busy weekend for the iron horse with the events going on so it’s understandable. However paying 1400 for the weekend I’d expect fresh ..."
