“我們於夜晚八點左右開始尋找酒店，雖然酒店非常貼心地一早電郵提供詳細指示，但由於住宿位置非常偏僻難找，離電車站又非常遠，地點附近環境頗暗，較少街燈，我們拖著兩個行李箱，又要找路，全程又累又怕，提心吊膽。幾經波折終於到達酒店，房門一開，酒店收拾得很整潔，又有酒店送的甲蟲朱古力，但是房間卻小得放下兩個行李箱後連轉身的位置也沒有。當初相片簡介中的花園部分，是我對這次住宿期待最高的部分，結果找不到相中的花園，這不是赤裸裸的圖文不符嗎。當日完成白天行程，滿心期待在酒店得到充份休息，但結果整個住宿經驗頗不愉快。”

“This was a wonderful location - great studio apartment within walking distance of the railway station and all the amenities of the town, with varied routes to try (quiet footpaths or busier roads), but also close to the bus routes.Branka and Hans Ulrich were great hosts - Branka was in touch with us before the visit to set up our transport pass and give us details of how to find the property (Grubweg is a rather complicated street!). She was very welcoming and gave us a lot of help to get……

The view from the house was insanely beautiful and it was a short walk to all the restaurants and the water front. "Hotel is literally across to Bern HB, very convenient! And just across the street there is a COOP supermarket. Room was clean and comfortable, just one of the front desk lady was not very friendly, as if she's not welcome us just because we arrived before check-in time started. Other than that the rest of our stay was quite enjoyable."

Good hotel with new hosting system

"It is a self check-in hotel which you will get a link for unlock the doors, so make sure you mobile phone has enough battery (hotel has free wifi), luckily a friendly host stays there from 0800 to 2000 Very good location where inside the Bern old town, shops and supermarkets are just next to it, also close to the train station, dont miss the rooftop view!! Bad thing is the shower water is not hot enough even turned to the highest temperature, and there are some bars/pubs nearby, quite noisy on the weekend's midnight "

十分舒適，清潔的酒店

"地理位置方便，5分鐘左右就步行到Bern Bahnhof，我們預訂時包了早餐，不用擔心吃的問題，附近有很多餐廳。酒店旁就有超市，很容易就買到生活用品和食物。酒店亦會提供巴士票，可以免費乘坐市內巴士，到不同地區。酒店清潔很好，而且有空調，夏天去都不用擔心，是一間很舒適的酒店。但酒店沒有提供水煲和冰箱，如果能有提供就更好。"
