The area was nice. Close to Wall Drug, right on the main area. However, we had some issues with our room that we will be sharing with the property. I am not picky when it comes to rooms. Usually if it has a bed and hot water... I am good but this was a little bad.

I arrived late and left the next morning, so I didn't spend much time at the cabin, but I thought it was nice. It was very convenient to Badlands NP. My only complaint was that the website indicated that they have free breakfast and they do not. I would have stayed somewhere else. The lady at the desk said their cook quit.

This was really a cute little cabin facing a field full of robins, close to the Pinnacle entrance to the Badlands. Very comfy beds, clean room. The staff was also very responsive to my request to change the bed arrangement. It was also fairly close to Wall Drug where we had breakfast. The rustic furniture was beautiful and we all enjoyed the ambiance.

The cabins are perfect for a couple or family of 3 or 4! Cabins were clean, updated, walkable to Wall Drug/food options, and had the most beautiful view from the little front porch. We would definitely stay here again when in the area!

The Frontier cabin exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, had a comfortable bed and couch, hot shower, and a gorgeous view of the prairie. Everything we wanted! We would stay here again.

Our cabin was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. Even received a breakfast coupon and drink coupon for local restaurants, both of which was unexpected and a pleasant surprise.

When we got to the room no heat was on so the room was freezing and took almost all night before the cabin heated up. The shower the next morning was still cold and no water pressure to take the shower.

Second time we have stayed here. Not sure if something was wrong with the room heater, but we were cold that night and could never get the room warm enough. At checkin, we had to wait for more than 5 min for someone to show up, but he was very nice once available. No signage at the checkin desk as to where he had been or when he would be coming back. They give you a drink coupon to use at one of two restaurants for dinner and a "free" breakfast coupon to use at one restaurant. The free is pancakes, but eggs, hash browns, bacon, coffee is all extra.

The water in the bath has such a strong smell of sulfur we could not bathe. The AC was so noisy that my wife could not sleep. Also it did not heat the room correctly. There is no staff to call for help. The cabin was clean, looks good and great view!

Very nice, clean, and comfortable cabin. The only issue was no one was there to check us in when we arrived around 6pm, after an all-day drive. They should've asked us to notify them when we got close.

I can’t give any details on the hotel since we were not able to make it because of a direct hit from Hurricane Milton. However they did refuse to refund us any of our stay. So we got to pay to repair our home and for a room we didn’t get to stay in.

We got bedbugs, filthy floors, kind enough people and fixed the messed up shower but kitchen lacked things to actually be able to use it. One burner didn’t work and lamp in living room area didn’t work. Ac, heater had to be off at night bc so loud and on and off constantly. Looked nice but hoping and praying we didn’t bring bedbugs home and cost of extermination of those horn with us! My daughter and I are covered in bites. I had brought my own pillow for myself but my daughter used there and had bites in her face and stuff as well.
