“We wanted a place to stay while we fished the St Joe. The location is secluded and quiet and were even had deers visit the property during our stay. The host was very communicative and available and made everything easy. Just don’t use Waze to get there! Apple Maps gives a better driving experience due to its recommended drive path. 🙂 ”

“This is a lovely property in a beautiful locale that we chose for its ability to house our group retreat of 10 adults and 2 children. Check-in was very smooth and we were pleased with the 3 en suite bathrooms as well as the well supplied kitchen that had utensils and cookware for a crowd, and a very large fridge. “Took the family on a spring break trip to both experience the northern Idaho/Montana and get in a little skiing. My wife and kids were first time skiers and nearby Lookout Pass was a great choice. “We had a very nice stay during Christmas week. Luckily, our son had some streaming channels he was able to sign in for us because there are no cable channels. I was glad to see there was a washer/dryer because there was conflicting information about that. We had a little trouble figuring out the heating since there were several separate thermostats and wall units. The electric fireplace heater never worked and only beeped constantly so we didn’t use it. We were very close to town and enjoyed……

“Cozy cabin has a nice deck to sit outside and enjoy the water views! We had cool, rainy weather, but the firepit and wood burning stove were fantastic. No wi-fi or hair dryer, but that is certainly not a deal breaker. Having a boat dock was great. The steps to get to the cabin are no joke, pack light! So glad the steps were wrapped in string lights since we arrived at night. Great stay!”

“I've been a VRBO Member/Renter for 25+ years now, and this was just about my best experience ever!! This house was perfect for our needs, and everything the Owners provided was perfect! Just one thing. In the write-up online, it says the Hayden Lake shoreline is a 5-minute walk. I never could find any walkway to the lake's edge, so if there's a way to hike down to it, I would suggest leaving instructions in the Welcome Book as to how to do that.
