“My family spend Thanksgiving at this gorgeous house on a beautiful and very secluded property. Everyone loved the house. It was spotless and the wood stove keeps it very warm. Daren went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommend!”

“Perfect for our football weekend visit. The finished lower level space was clean and comfortable. Comfortable living space with spacious bedrooms and bathroom. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.”

“This was exactly as described and everything that we needed for a relaxing quiet getaway. The river is beautiful and the house was clean and the owners were there at check in to show us around the property and they were very nice. I spent most of the time outside in my hammock I put up beside the water. We will definitely be back with our children next time. ”

“Very comfortable and well cared for. Spiral staircase to large upstairs bedroom. Wood floors shining. Property is on a dirt road which is a bit rough but also, no traffic past the lodge and a good place for a walk. Though we brought our own food, there was a lovely plate of apple cake,cookies and loaf of homemade bread waiting for on arrival that we enjoyed. A nice touch. Only negative was limited silverware and a sauce pan would be nice. Overall, an enjoyable stay. No tv or internet but I used……

“Not many options in Port Matilda, so we were lucky to find this place so close to the Marrasas Mountain Lodge. We were still able to get an Uber from state college. And swing into state college for breakfast and supplies. It was perfect for our family of 6. And we even hosted some friends after the wedding. The outside looked comfy but weather wasn’t cooperating (rain) to use it. Loved the blue white Penn state details. Host was super responsive with some last minute questions. ”

“Girls were in Apartment and guys stayed on a property near by to Camp. Wonderful location to meet up for meals.”
