“Property is exactly as pictured. It sits back a little bit on a dirt road which gives the "secluded" aspect but still close to town. Host provided a great deal of complimentary items throughout. “This property exceeded all of our expectations. My daughter graduated from Penn State University the weekend we stayed at the house. We were disappointed because we didn’t want to be an hour away from the university. However, that disappointment quickly disappeared when we arrived at the house. “This house is gorgeous and well appointed. The listing says fully equipped kitchen. Be aware that there is no dishwasher. The ice maker did not work because the filter was clogged. The owner posted signs that said no food or drink in living room, bedrooms or basement game room. So you could not have your morning coffee looking out at the great views. “Very comfortable and well cared for. Spiral staircase to large upstairs bedroom. Wood floors shining. Property is on a dirt road which is a bit rough but also, no traffic past the lodge and a good place for a walk. Though we brought our own food, there was a lovely plate of apple cake,cookies and loaf of homemade bread waiting for on arrival that we enjoyed. A nice touch.
