Welcome to Mountain Charm - the PERFECT headquarters for your Smoky Mountain Vacation! Nestled in the prestigious Homestead West Development with stunning views of Blackberry Mountain, our lodge (sleeps 10!) is only a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, while still offering the tranquility of the Smokies. With gorgeous views, a hot tub, modern amenities, and media room, the fun begins the moment you arrive!

Our mountain lodge is ideal for families, couples and small groups alike and is perfect for any getaway - so pack your bags -- the mountains are calling!!

Great secluded location

Loved the peacefulness of this property! It was about 30 mintues away from mostly everything but the drive really wasn't that bad as some of the reviews mention. When you stay on a mountain there will be narrow roads with switchbacks.

Spring Break 2025

We brought the family for a spring break. Grandma and grandpa, uncle mom, dad, brother, and sister. We all fit comfortably in the cabin. It was so nice, clean and cute. Had a great time.

Spring Break

We stayed at this property a while back but I should have reviewed it sooner. This home was beautiful! We have stayed in this area many times but this place was easily the nicest. There was plenty of space for our family of seven. We definitely felt like we were staying in a home, not just a cabin. The online photos do not do the view justice. We chose this house because of the great interior but were shocked at the fantastic view. This was a 10/10 for sure!

My family spent the weekend in Pigeon Forge. This house was spacious enough for us to spread out, yet cozy enough for bonding. The house was clean, modern, and easy to get to. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Property

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The drive to the property is lovely and remote. As others have said, part of the drive involves a few miles of narrow road but as a lifelong Tennessean, it really isn’t a problem. Don’t let that deter you from booking your stay at this pristine home. I absolutely loved the floorplan and the furnishings were perfect with plenty of seating for everyone.

Nice and luxurious

This house is new and very nice. Overall the house feels well put together and high quality, uncommon for a rental. The deck and outdoor furniture are particularly good. Plenty of space for a group with king beds in every room and 3 full baths. Great view of the mountains. The garage is accessible but not for parking. Internet is cellular with low signal. Usable, but don't expect streaming to multiple devices.

Short but sweet weekend stay

The cabin was well decorated, had a beautiful view as promised, and was spacious and comfortable. We loved having 3 king beds and the separate living space for the kids who stayed up later. The cabin had everything we needed! We highly recommend it if you’re staying in the area

Mountain Charm!

We stayed a full week at this property with 6 of us family members. The house and the views are gorgeous. The bedrooms are all far apart enough for everyone to have space and the screened in porch is great for getting outside without worrying about rain or bugs. We did have a bear come to visit on our first day! The hot tub had some issues which the properly addressed and fixed by the host, but it did take a couple days. To those who stay here, be ready for the drive down the mountain. Drive slow. Not treacherous, but one lane for parts and very curvy. Also plan for the drive times. 30-40 minutes to get most places, but it was worth it. Stop at the grocery store on your way up. You dont want to head back down. Definitely recommend this property.

Great property, perfect for a family vacation. Short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions and restaurants and in the mountains for terrific views. Home was as described/pictured and the hosts were very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked for preparing and eating meals on site. We would definitely return.

Mountain Escape

The house was beautiful, spacious, and everything you could need !! Our family (adults & kids) stayed there and we all had plenty of space, yet had our privacy as well!! The view was just amazing!! The owners were very courteous and would check in on our stay to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything!! They were very prompt to respond if we had any questions or concerns!!! Would definitely recommend staying here!!!!

The cabin was gorgeous. Just like in the pictures. The initial drive up to it a little stressful with the narrow roads, up hill, down hill, no shoulders...but the views made up for the drive up and we soon got used to it.

2nd Time Staying Here

This is our second time staying at this location, and both times have been wonderful. This is one of the nicest decorated places I have stayed at in the area. It doesn't feel like a 'rental' property as some often do. This home is put together as if you live there. The views are great and it is secluded. Yes, you have to drive some steep and winding roads, but if you are looking to get away and enjoy some peace, this is your location. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need to cook. Beds are comfortable. There is nice closet space and a great laundry room as well. The garage is nice to have. Our last trip did have a lot of rain, but it was nice being able to have my elderly parents get in and out of the vehicle in a dry garage. This unit is one that I keep in my VRBO trip board as it will always be a go to pick anytime I am in this area. Communication with our hosts has always been on point with quick responses and well thought out instructions, making it easy to get in on arrival.

Great getaway

We had an awesome weekend at this house! Don’t let the fact that it is house and not a cabin steer you away. It has a cottage feel and everything else you could want in a mountain getaway. The views are amazing! The house was clean and plenty of space and areas for everyone to spread out and at the same time had perfect gathering spaces. We never left the house. The owner was easy to work with and very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the outside and our 3 year old granddaughter enjoyed the swing and exploring for leaves and other treasures. We will definitely be back!

Beuatiful view

We had a great stay. The views were beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub regularly. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. I did have to clean the grill before I used it, which brought a bear to the home. It was a bit exciting to see but I was glad when he left as he attempted to climb up to the second floor. We needed the internet, and the network/ password was incorrect that was in the guest book. The router had one as well that was incorrect. I attempted to contact the owner a couple of times but was unable to receive a response from him. By accident one of us put in a password that was correct and we finally were online. It was not the one that was posted on the refrigerator either. Once we were hooked up, it worked very well. The drive up and down the mountain was a bit intense for me because of the narrow lanes. The more we drove it the more comfortable we became with it though. Overall we had a great stay. It was centrally located within driving range of so many places, that we enjoed many different activities from all around.
