Luxurious 200 sq maisonette in the historical old town of Walldorf/Germany. The flat is only about a 15 minute walk away from SAP and 2 minutes walk to the local shops and restaurants in the area.
The holiday apartment is approx. a 15 minute drive away from Heidelberg.
The flat is completely furnished and renovated in a Mediterranean country house style and decorated with great attention for detail. It is located in a small picturesque and lush alley with grapevines and flowers just as you remember them from your holidays in the Mediterranean. Relax and unwind from your daily hectic routine immediately upon arrival.

The flat is laid out as follows:

Entrance area and spacious utility area with washing machine and dryer on the ground floor.

The conservatory, the living-dining room (40 sq), a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, side-by-side fridge, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, assortment of teas, oven and microwave, etc.), bathroom, study, and the first bedroom with dressing-room are located on the first floor.

The second bedroom together with a relaxation room with solarium are located on the top floor.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Das Objekt ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Weinreben lassen schon die Küchenfenster zuwachsen. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist sehr dürftig und nicht sauber, obwohl das Geschirr noch in der Spülmaschine stand. Die Kaffeemaschine braucht eine Generalreinigung oder beim Aufbrühen von Kaffe hat man eine Stammwürze. Wasserkocher besteht Brandgefahr, weil er sich nicht abschaltet. Bei der Pfanne hat einer sicherlich das Tefla mitgegessen. Roststellen in der Dusche mit Band überklebt. Wintergarten regnet es durch und es sind keine Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden. Die Terrassentür bitte nicht öffen, denn sie fällt aus dem Rahmen. Bei unserem Anruf beim Vermieter wurde uns einiges versprochen, aber leider nicht gehalten. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Es war nicht geputzt, Toilette war sehr Eckelhaft und schmutzig,boden hat geklebt..töpfe und teller im Schrank waren schmutzig,müll unterm bett,überall haare und müll wurde nicht gelehrt,leere Bierflaschen lagen auf dem Balkon

6 wöchiger Aufenthalt

Wohnung war wie beschrieben und wir haben sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein paar Sanierungsmaßnahmen in der Dusche und im Wintergarten hätten den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Zu beachten sie, dass der Wintergarten nicht möbliert ist! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut und schnell. Schade fanden wir, dass die Dachterrasse nicht benutzbar war, auch hier wäre eine große Aufwertung möglich. Alles in allem würden wir bei Bedarf sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Charming, bright flat in a walkable neighborhood

We loved this space. The house is clean, spacious, and has great natural light. It is a bit hard to find, but thankfully the neighbors helped us. It’s within a few minutes walk of several restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the quiet street, and it was nice to have the windows open at night to enjoy the weather. I would definitely stay here again. If you are traveling and want to see Heidelberg, this is a great place on the outskirts.

Wintergarten undicht und Tür ins freie verzogen.Waschbecken im Bad verstopft. Keine Reaktion auf meine Meldung. Aber sonst alles sehr sauber .

Schöne und moderne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, aber es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Es ist alles fussläufig erreichbar. Restaurants und ein Pub sind in direkter Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden.

super Wohnung, tolle Lage, sehr viel Platz, super Ausstattung

Eine tolle Wohnung. Schön dass es noch Vermieter gibt die so einen Service bieten und dem Mieter vertrauen dass man nicht alles klaut. Fön vorhanden, Seife im Bad, Spülmittel, Waschmittel. Einfach Alles. So lässt man mit Freude auch gerne Alles stehen, was einem neuen Mieter weiter nutzen könnte. Sehr empfehlenswert. Das einzige kleine Manko war die Terassentür, die in diesem Fall die Wohnungstür ist. Da konnte man leider den Rolladen nicht schließen, was mir mit vier Kindern alleine ein etwas mulmiges Gefühl machte. Ist aber sicher einfach zu reparieren.

Nice property near Heidelberg

Nicely setup property. Arrival was a bit confusing as the parking spot is on a tiny dead end street and the front door is just around the corner on another small pedestrian street. Ingo's instructions are pretty clear, so just follow them carefully. If the 'private' parking sign had his name on it I would've felt a bit more confident that I wasn't parking in the wrong place. Property is clean and quite large. Kitchen is well equipped. Has a cash mini bar (soda, wine, beer) which was a nice touch, not something you typically see. Free tea and some free coffee (Bosch pods). Laundry room on ground floor, main living area, kitchen and bathroom on second level, extra bedroom on third level. Large tub and separate shower in bathroom. We were a bit short on bath towels, and found a load of towels still in the washing machine, so threw them in the dryer and solved our towel problem. Three large screen TVs, but only English channel I could find is Sky News. Very close to pedestrian area in town with bakeries and restaurants. We couldn't get into the Greek restaurant unfortunately, but the Spanish tapas place was pretty good. About 20 minutes drive into Heidelberg. Ikea is a couple of minutes away. We decided to stay outside of Heidelberg in Walldorf because of its proximity to the major roads and we had a few excursions in various directions. Less than an hour from Frankfurt airport.
