“The staff was extremely friendly at check in. At face value there was nothing wrong with the room at all. It looked like a great place to have extended stay with a desk, clean beds. We definitely liked that it was hard floors in the room instead of dingy carpets like many other places. We saw the cleaning ladies come by both days and they had really good supplies, the rooms smelled very clean. The things we encountered in our room were issues with the WiFi and TV. The first night we didn’t even……

“Room was excellent. The room amenities were satisfactory and clean! Area outside the Hotel was cluttered with people by their trucks and sitting outside their door.”

“Properly was cleaned on the outside, parking was fine. There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel. The first room I had was clean the second room they moved me in wasnt as clean and the water didnt get hot, and the bathroom door was difficult to close. The key system was down so the young lady at the front desk had to check in each guest and then personally go and unlock every door, she needed more help.The breakfast was good it had the usual choices, waffles, biscuits, bagels……

“We have stayed at this hotel every year. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. The one negative this time was the gym area was not clean. There were used paper cups on the floor, it was dusty and there weren’t any towels available. ”

“Overall not bad. The top lock for the door was really loose like someone had tried to get in with the door unlocked at some point so that was a bit unnerving. There were also people sitting outside too. A couple of stains on the sheets but for the price, I can handle the small flaws.”
