come step inside this light filled modern farmhouse with all bells and whistles and still has a beautiful Country charm.

Get creative in the fresh, country style kitchen for sunny brunches on the deck facing the private backyard with two ponds, the seasonal stream and a small waterfall during the winter time at this cozy retreat. bordering thousands of acres natural preserve. Chill on the covered porch at the front of the house with a book and admire spectacular views of the Gunks.

Guests will be complete private and fenced in on our lower 2.5 acres and then have an additional 9 acres in the back with a trail to a private swimming lake.
