“Brand New buildings in the soon to be heart of the new Deer Valley. It was eerily empty when we stayed, but that's just because the new terrain is under construction. Close to the Gondola, you could walk, they have a shuttle but didn't use it. Not near any restaurants or bars. It was a bit disappointing that they built all of this new, but cheaped out on the fixtures and furniture. If the gondola is closed, you have to drive to the base area near the Hyatt. ”

“Great location, super comfy bed, nice tv. It's always nice to have a mini kitchen. Took one star off just because facilities are a little dated and in need of repair (bathroom, window, curtains), and the check in time is a little late (4pm), but otherwise super happy. Loved the location next to wastach state park, some might like being closer to park city but i thought it was close.enougg. ”

“We have stayed at the Zermatt numerous times. This time I stayed in a privately owned kind chalet through VRBO. It was very clean. The bed was terribly hard and obviously old. The pillows didn’t match in size and were very flat. The pillows were so bad my husband had to sleep on the extra blanket from the closet. There were no extra pillows or towels and because the room was a privately owned room the Zermatt refused to give us any more to use. The bed was actually crippling and my husband slept……

“We had a small problem with the room not being exactly what we booked. The host scott took care of the problem and upgraded us to a much better room. I highly recommend booking any property with Scott. ”

“Enjoyed our two-night stay at this resort property. Very quiet and clean. Good location! Hosts were great on communication! (Only down-side was that both pools were closed due to a child that had ringworm using the pool prior day. Also lobby lounge service was extremely slow and had forgotten order.) ”

This was the hottest I’ve ever been in any type of rental ever; home rental, condo, hotel, etc. very disappointed, would not recommend during June-September due to lack of A/C. Nice property otherwise. Very clean rental. Just so so hot and hard to find. Unit 404. Just NO AIR CONDITIONING. ”

“Very nice property and location. It is small, but we expected that from the description. The small bedrooms do not have doors and not much privacy, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Eventually I think they should consider upgrading their mattresses, but we are spoiled with ours at home. Overall it was great for the price. ”

“This is a great 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit above a charming bookstore in Midway. Midway is a gem of a town and this building is a new construction that keeps in pace with the old world Swiss style of the town. The unit has exquisite furnishings, a fireplace, very comfortable memory foam sleeper sofa and high end furnishings and decor. The bathrooms are travertine. The whole place was very clean and cozy. It felt like a high end hotel. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. I loved the location,……

"The hotel’s floor soundproofing is terrible. The thumping sounds from people walking upstairs and next door are like thunder. I was rudely awakened before 10 a.m. by a staff member knocking on the door, wanting to come in and clean the room. The funniest part is, when I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. to check in, I found someone in the room I was given. Fortunately, the room had a safety lock on the inside. Of course, when I went back to get a new room, the lady in that room also went to complain."
