“Place was awesome! The room was clean and suited our needs perfectly. The whole hotel was beautiful and the staff was very nice and responsive! Fantastic location, tons of great restaurants and things to do immediately next to the hotel. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but that's really not something the hotel can control. ”

“I was not expecting an email 24 hrs before check in telling me that there was no front office staff (they call it contact-less check in) to let us in the building. After waiting outside for 15 minutes trying phone numbers (2nd one worked) I got a code for the front door. Once we got in, I had to download an app and create an account for the app to get my bluetooth key to get in. Not exactly the most convenient, unless all hotels do this and you are prepared. “Room was bigger than pictures showed, nice size. Bed was firmer than average, no box spring. Only stayed 3 nights, bed would have been too firm for me to stay a week. Nice accommodations, would stay again.”

“ Nothing fancy, but it did the job. There were a few bugs (nothing crazy) and the walls were very thin, but the room was basically clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and I got to check in early at no extra charge. The price is great though: would recommend for the mid-picky traveler who wants to avoid the SF hostels. ”

“This cute little hotel is located very close to the Chinatown gates, bus stops, restaurants. There is a little market up the road for some groceries and cold wine/beer. The pub next door has good food. It is an older building with a narrow winding staircase, but it does have an elevator. It does not have that old building smell, though! The room is spacious with large openable windows (no A/C). The sofabed in this suite is incredibly uncomfortable and needs replacing. Fortunately I only had to……
