“We had stayed at this property many times years ago when it was a Residence Inn. This is the first time back under the MainStay Suites umbrella. The property has definitely gone down but still okay. Rooms are big, bed was comfortable, not the cleanest and a slight smell that wasn't the most pleasant but other than that, we would probably stay here again if doing some shopping at the Battlefield Mall. No breakfast options. It was nice to be able to walk to Big Whiskey's restaurant. The food,……

“The inside was very clean and comfortable. The house is well taken care of.Although I felt safe during my stay, other properties around the neighborhood were in disrepair, some even with visible roof damage or gaps. It's not anything this owner can do, but awareness about the state of the neighborhood might be an issue for some.”

“The location was perfect for visiting our elderly aunt, who lives at Birch Pointe. It was literally 3-4 minutes away.”

“The best part about this place is that it is about a 10-minute walk from downtown. The place is clean and has all the basics you need. Just a heads-up that the queen bed is a mattress in the closet that you drag out of the closet and set up in the living room. I did appreciate how the cabinets and the closet were labeled with a list of the contents. That saved time in looking through every cabinet! The house is a little bit old, but it is fixed up well. ”

“We truly enjoyed staying at this house and will stay again in the future! Everything was nice and we had restaurants and shops close by too, which was great! We also really loved having the 2 living room spaces as well because we used one as a playroom for our kids and my husband and I hung out in the other living room while the kids were sleeping because it was farther from the bedrooms and we didn’t have to worry about the noise from the tv.”
