“We stayed here for 5 nights. The location is good. There’s a very handy supermarket and bakery next door and bus and tram stops very close by.
The apartment was very clean and well maintained with a tiny kitchen area and a small amount of kitchen utensils.
But the main negative of our stay was the double bed which was up against the wall at one side which meant one of us had to literally crawl into bed! The apartment would be fine for a single person but wouldn’t recommend for a couple.

“This property is not close to the city center but public transportation is close and convenient. The shower has mold and the baseboards are dirty. Linens were clean. The large couch has seen better days and prob needs to be replaced. Neighbors were noisey and construction next door didn't help. Grocery store around the corner and a bakery down the street. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized.
Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system.

“The apartment is in a good location to enjoy a visit to Munich.
Tram 17 stops just a few feet from the apartment. An S-Bahn station is only a 10 minute walk away. At the s-Bahn station there is a grocery store and a bakery. There are several good restaurants in the neighborhood, Afghan, traditional German, Indian, and Italian.
The apartment is comfortable and having a wash machine and dryer was nice to catch up on laundry. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking.

"The lcoation is really far even out of Mzone.
I made a bad selection, but the breakfast is nice.
The worest is I book this hotel via hotels.com is even more expensive than direct order at hotel's website. But the hotels.com refuse to pay the gap. Such a no gurantee platform. Will not use any more."

"It is more like a budget hotel. TV was out of order. No cups no drinking water in room. The biggest issue is that they do not have security measures at all it seems. People from outside can freely come in, sit down and even go upstairs to the room floors ( room cards are not needed to access the room floors).
However, they serve good breakfast with a good selection of food and drinks.
But still I will not consider this hotel when I revisit Germany. "
