“泊單車收費，水吧要100歐元按金應預先說明！收費後要十天才退回不合理。退房時沒有帳單！說會電郵給我，兩星期仍未收到！提供的風扇壞了，要求更換，只有一把微型風扇。前台服務員說只是學生，什麼也未能幫忙！餐廳酒店管理很有問題！如要帳單，要再電郵酒店索取，十分不合理！ ”

Not sure if it was intentional or is the tap water safe to drink, I just go to the Carrefour express near by for my drinking waters. Some how housekeeping refilled the coffee pods i use up, but not the tea bags or hot chocolate mix Other than that, this is a good stay ”

“Ein absolut süßes kleines Hotel mit Stil und sehr gepflegt. Mitten in der Innenstadt gelegen gibt die Unterkunft einem einen ruhigen, komfortablen Rückzugsort. Die Betten sind bequem die Zimmer stilvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Sauberkeit wird hier groß geschrieben. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal fehlt hier auch nicht. Ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ hochwertig und alles wird frisch zubereitet. Klasse!!!! Frisches, noch warmes Brot,……

“農家？をホテルに改装したブティックホテルで田舎にある立地とともに雰囲気を感じることができる。 部屋もスイーツだったので、十分な広さとおしゃれな内装で満足できるものだった。しかし、給湯器にエラーメッセージが点灯しており、ヒーター、給湯とも作動できず、レセプションに人もいないため、手の施しようがなく、寒い中就寝することとなった。また、1/1の宿泊だったためレストランは休業で、周辺のスーパーマーケットも休業だったため晩御飯が買ってあった少量のパンのみでひもじい思いをした。 立地的に周辺の街にも遠くレストランもないため、1/1であってもオーベルジュとしてレストランの営業をのぞみます。 レセプションを省力化することについて、エコに対しての姿勢は認めますが、そうであれば、なおさら設備のメンテナンス、作動状況の確認はしっかりと実施していただきたいと思います”
