Room smelled very musty and even though it was a non-smoking room, it also smelled like smoke. Pieces of the plaster ceiling were falling. The pool area was covered in……

“We stayed 2 nights during the recent Aug eclipse. Price was great and they had space. We would not stay again unless desperate. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Bed was not made up on our second day. Sheets did not smell good. Bugs in bathtub. TV remote did not work and had to be replaced. A/C was off when we arrived. It took 30+ minutes to cool the room. It was off again when we returned to the room. We received multiple calls to confirm prior to our arrival. Manager very friendly……
