“The home was clean and had great space. It was quiet and the communication was excellent. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it felt like this space more accurately would be for 4 adults instead of 6, as it is listed. If a couple people in the party are kids, it could accomodate 6. The couch bed is meant for 2 and it is a rough couch to sleep on with 1 person. The other 4 bed spaces (a double and two singles) were very comfortable for adults. If you plan on cooking there,……

“We only stayed for a weekend. We were in town for a taekwondo tournament. This house was perfect for our needs. I loved the old homey feel of this house. Was in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the freeway. Beds were comfy. Was actually really well stocked for a little house. Loved the books and games. There were few touches that could move this up to 5 stars. Deck could be swept and cleaner, some walls definitely need to be cleaned or a fresh coat of paint. Cleaning service needs to……

“We all really enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed although we didn't get to use much of it on this trip, it was very short. We spent the evening at an event on campus and then left early in the morning. Next time I could see us hanging at the house and enjoying downtime, like outside with a glass of wine.The beds were very comfortable, with great bedding. The neighborhood was quiet, compared to the sounds of Portland. The teen loved the papasan chair and put it on the pull out……

“We felt very comfortable during our Managers' Retreat. We had ample room for break out sessions between the main living area and garage living area. Breaks were definitely enjoyed on the pickleball court and throughout the outdoor space. The bee hives were interesting, too. We also very much enjoyed the dog who visited us at the property as well. “I enjoyed staying. It was for a family emergency so it was a last-minute booking. I could hear the person upstairs walking around, but it was not excessive at all. The bed was comfy. The couch in the living room could’ve been a little more comfy, but it worked for what I needed during my visit. I would definitely book it again. “We were a group of runners for the Eugene Marathon/Half marathon. This location was perfect for us. It gave everyone enough space and the hot tub after running was fantastic. We made all our meals there so having a nice big kitchen was great too. Not everyone ran so at least one person was able to enjoy one of the kayaks.
