“My family loved the location and views of the lake from the home. Everything was clean and was well-cared for. The kitchen had everything we needed and we really appreciated having drawers and cabinets labeled so we could find everything. The hot tub was also a nice touch as well as the holiday decorations. We really loved the little Christmas tree! The few things I would change would be a softer mattress in the primary bedroom. My daughter said her upstairs bedroom mattress was uncomfortable……

“Everything was exactly as stated. The location was perfect for visiting family in Rochester. We loved being right at the lake. Our dog loved the side yard to run around in. The host thoughtfully had coffee available for us to brew and it was really convenient to have the kitchen in the apartment. We will definitely stay here again!”

“Needed a place to stay when I was in Rochester for a wedding. This apartment was less than 10 minutes from our venue and could accommodate our group of 4 with two very comfortable bedrooms. Each room had its own A/C unit, which was perfect for the heat wave we had over that weekend. We also loved the full kitchen and open living/dining room space. We had plenty of room to prep meals and snacks, as well as work on last-minute wedding projects. Also, loved the screen-in front porch! Wish we had……

“We were thankful that we were able to stay at a home that was close to an event my daughter needed to be at. We only had drive about 6 min. I was neverous about parking but it all worked out. If i had any questions or concerns they where great with getting them answered or quick to help in any way. I would recommend this place for a good place to go to events like the strong museum. Most popular grocery's stores where about 15 min. Which i thought was not bad to get to walmart or target. If want……

“Our small group has had a reunion every February for the past seven years. In the past we stayed at a hotel, but this year decided to rent a house. The house was perfect and very clean upon arrival. The host was very prompt in replying to any question prior to our visit and even afterward. We all felt very comfortable in the home and had no trouble finding anything we needed in the house. we ha a great time watching the deer every evening. Would recommend this house and already talked……
