“Considering how expensive Switzerland is, this cozy hotel is value for money. The tram is just right downstair. The staff are warm and welcoming. For example, at breakfast, when there was freshly baked croissant, the staff came around and handed out the hot and fresh croissant. When I checked-in too late, around 23:00, the staff was nice and patience. ”

“Thanks to the receptionist Samuel for his excellent service and recommendations for local dining restaurants. All the staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful with personal warmth. The hotel itself is at great location, clean room, and free minibar provided. “If you are traveling only for a night stay, it could be an option. The experience I had was not good as expected. The reception lady is very nice and helped me to change the rooms. The room I had for 1st one, the windows can not be opened, then I switched to the 2nd one, the shutter can not be closed, then I moved to the 3rd room, guess what, the toilet light can not switched on. But it got fixed by the kitchen stuff. Also the Internet connectivity was not good at all for the first two night and……
