“Mountain Getaway is a cozy cabin tucked away in the woods. There are a couple of places outside to sit - the front porch swing is awesome. We didn't sit on the back porch as it kind of looks over the cabin next door. Plenty of space inside for two people and the dog. We loved the fireplace! And the furnishings were comfortable. Great getaway!”

“I honestly cannot describe the experience from how we’re feeling. We found our new vacation spot for adult time (no kids) getaways and with the whole family. The home is beyond well taken care of and clean, check in was super easy, and the homes was the “cozy” we needed to get away from work and kids. We didn’t pick the best weekend due to the weather, that weren’t prepared for, for outdoor activities, but we did go into Pine Mountain and spend time with the locals who were so welcoming and……

“This cabin was perfect for multiple generations. Our group consisted of my mom, daughter, SIL, two grands - 3 and 6, my self and husband. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space to spread out. Deck was one of our favorites. Enjoyed coffee each morning on the deck while listening to the birds. The location is spectacular. Only 15 minutes to pine mountain which has all your needs - grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, playgrounds, etc. We loved Calloway Gardens, Fitzgeralds Farm -……

“We enjoyed our stay, 2 nice size bedrooms downstairs,but the loft is only accessible with a pull-down attic type ladder. It would be ok for older children but not safe for kids under 10 or so. Could be stocked better in the kitchen if you’re planning on doing a lot of cooking. The beds are FIRM, which I loved ! Also, no dishwasher. Even with these few inconveniences we will still stay here again. It was very peaceful. ”

“From the time we booked it was excitement for all.Communication was no problem and they were willing to help in any way.The surrounding properties are absolutely beautiful and the sunsets were magnificent.Very clean and stocked well with supplies that were needed. “All was good. Great view of deer in the evening and fantastic sunrise. Got the best room for sunrise. 203. Had to go thru 5 doors to get my luggage from the entrance to hotel to my room. Was offered help, but didn’t accept. Breakfast was subpar. No toast, no juice, no fruit. Hot water for tea was broken. Local breakfast restaurants not open Monday thru Wednesday. Bullock House was great. And restaurants in Woodbury were good. Azaleas at the hotel and in Warm Springs were better than Calloway. ”
