“The owners were good to deal with. It’s located in a new developed area far from traffic so it’s quiet and not busy. It’s a basement suit but we didn’t hear anyone above us. It’s new and very clean. There was so much for us to do including the trampoline, the hot tub, the games room, and the two tv rooms! Every bedroom also had a TV and the kitchen was large and well stocked! “This little gem was very easy to find and in a new, upscale area of Saskatoon. The private access to the suite was clear of obstacles and tucked in at the side of the house. The suite itself was very clean and fresh smelling. The couch was comfy complete with plush blankets to cozy under. The beds were fairly comfortable with nice linens that were fresh smelling. We briefly met our host who was friendly and asked if we needed anything. Some nice walking trails were at the end of the block that……
