“Loved this apartment of John and Joy Shepperd! From the deck it felt like we were in a gorgeous treehouse! Mountain views and beautiful ridge behind where we saw a group of 4 deers and a fox and numerous bunnies. The apt was spotless and well appointed with new appliances and granite and every amenity we could wish for if we'd forgotten anything. Coffee and snacks and water bottles and any toiletries one might forgot were provided. Very thoughtfully..Very classy/cosy. Check in was easy with……

“It was perfect for myself, my husband, grandson & granddaughter. We were to go to a friend's daughter's wedding but found out after I booked the reservation that kids were not allowed. Since we haven't taken many trips this year we decided to keep it. We enjoyed the layout of the cottage, it was very clean, smartly arranged, The screened porch was nice. The guys built a fire in the firepit and had some "guy" time. It was a great place for us. The location was convenient to all the places……

“The property sits close to a major road (traffic noise & visible) and there's a trailer on the property that was occupied (rental or other?) making it not private at all (you can easily see other houses too). The cost was moderate to high and Evolve was difficult to work with when trying to cancel or reschedule (due to an emergency issue). No refunds and no bending policy. Owner was nice and easy to get along with, but primary contact was Evolve (definitely don't recommend any bookings managed……

“I had an extended stay in this lovely apartment while waiting for my home to be finished. The host was accommodating to my every need, and the apartment was warm and welcoming. I'm very fussy about my sleeping comfort and the mattress turned out to be very much to my liking! I was introduced to convection oven cooking and found it was great. The host is an incredible person and will work hard to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and stress-free. I would unhesitatingly recommend Brasstown View. ……
