“We came into town for a one night stay to listen to some music at the Capitol Theatre. This apartment was so nice, and the location so wonderful, that we extended for the whole weekend. We were worried about the stairs, but the handrail makes them very navigable, even for people With aging joints like us.The deck in back was an excellent place to share coffee in the morning, and in the evening we were rewarded with a surprise when we saw the artist we came into town to hear, Hayes Carll, sitting……

“A plumbing company came while I was staying at the unit and did work that was loud, caused me not to have water for 3 hours so, I left and ran some errands. No big deal really - I understand maintenance is a part of owning real estate. Upon my return the A/C wasn't working, however, I made the issue known to the owner, and she was able to move me to another unit within the building quickly. Issues happen. In my opinion, it's how owners/management react to issues, and I believe they did a good……

“My daughter was having a baby in Macon. I needed a place to retreat. This was a great location - close to downtown, restaurants and the hospital. The residence was perfect for what I needed. It was clean and the owners were attentive to my communication. I would stay there again”
